Description:

Honoring the dedicated work by The Walter Reed Society at Bethesda. The Society is headquartered in the same building that the Wounded Heroes come for treatment from the war zones. The Society is generally the first  Veterans Organization that the Wounded Heroes is in contact with. The Walter Reed Society assists the Soldiers with direct financial help for them and their families. The Society is made up of retired service members who do not take a salary. Please visit their web site and see the work they do and donate. All proceeds for this event go to the Walter Reed Society. If donating please make checks to Walter Reed Society. Checks can be mailed to PO Box 81 Dennis Port MA 02639 or dropped off at the Cape Cod Irish Village.  Honored guests will include, Colonel ( Ret . ) Dr. Rocco Armonda, West Point Grad and Neurosurgeon who saved over 1000 soldiers. Wounded Heroes, Gold Star Families, Veterans Advocates, and more. Live music by Sarah Swain and the Oh Boys as well as other great talent.
