Ordered  full turkey dinners to be picked up from Stop & Shop Harwich Wed. by Jack Griffith and delivered to  disabled Vets in Harwich, thanks to Stop & Shop for donations the dinners. In the past 2 weeks we have donated over $3,000 to these families who are struggling. Thanks to Harry Watling  the child has winter clothes and thanks to Annie & Zippy for the gift card. The Woman who is deploying soon and couldn't get her car inspected because of problems will be taken care of soon, CCVI paid $513 the 16th for new tires, alignment, etc. and we thank Town Fair Tire in Hyannis for the discount. Scotty will replace the oxygen sensor and the soldier will be able to get the car inspected. Veterans was taken to R.I. Veterans Hospital on the 25th by members. Anyone not having a place for Thanksgiving please stop at Jack's 28 Club a big supporter of Veterans. CCVI Christmas Party is Dec. 6th at the Highlands Golf Course, it is $15, finger food.  Dec. 13th is Annual visit to Eagle Pond Nursing Home for Christmas. This is a group effort with Amvets Post 333, American Legion Post 206, CCVI, VFW Post 10274 I have Kathleen Healy a wonderful performer singing (see Dennis Register for her great story) gifts and we will visit the Veterans who can't make it to the party. Santa Sam and his elf  "Little Joe' will be there to spread cheer. thanks to Harry Watling for always getting this together, so much work with so little thanks, you do great work Harry.
