Gentlemen,
If you can spread word about the event herein referenced (see attachment), a free day of dental service for Veterans that will be offered by Aspen Dental at their Hyannis location on Saturday June 25th from 9am-3pm.  The address for this location is # 1070 Iyannough Road in Hyannis, which is in the same plaza as the PetSmart and the Toys R'Us.

I cannot emphasize the following point enough, those desiring appointments MUST go on-line and schedule with Aspen in advance of the date.  No walk-ins will be accepted.  For some of our less computer agile Veterans, maybe we have volunteers willing to assist.  If in a bind, please contact my office and we will do our best to schedule.

I have been working Aspen Dental really hard over the past year and a half to extend this service to their Hyannis location.  The old rule of "persistence will carry the day" has applied and here we are, thanks to Aspen Dental seeing the needs of our local Veteran community.  Please, please, please fill up all of these appointments and show Aspen that next year we will happily fill their chairs yet again.  But please do not delay in scheduling appointments ASAP.

Please let me know if you have any questions.  This is a great opportunity for our Veteran community and I thank you for all that you do in their service.

Tim
