Dear Mr. Clen:

Thank you for your recent gift to Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod (SCC) supporting the Adaptive Sports Program in honor of the Wounded Warrior Project. We greatly appreciate your support for our organization and hope you realize what an impact your contribution will make. You have made an investment in what matters, quality rehabilitation services for the Cape, Islands, and Southeastern Massachusetts.

At the same time, it creates a fun and enjoyable lifetime experience that improves and promotes greater independence and community involvement.

You will be recognized as Cape Cod Veterans Inc in our donor publications. Please contact the Development Office at (617) 952-6888 if you would like this changed. Again, please accept my deepest appreciation and thanks for your thoughtful gift. Most importantly, on behalf of the patients who will benefit from your generosity - thank you for caring!

Maureen Banks
