Lead Carpenter

Lead carpenter for non-profit building 7-10 affordable homes per year. Requires: Minimum 3 years of experience as lead carpenter framing quality wood constructed homes tight to the weather, including setting sills and girts, wall layouts and raising walls and gable ends, producing rafter patterns, roof framing, roofing and siding, exterior trim, installing windows and doors, and cutting stair stringers. If you have these qualifications, work well with others, and have an enthusiasm for working with Habitat’s talented volunteers, we would like to hear from you! Full time with benefits. Pay will be commensurate with knowledge and experience in wood house framing.
