Sad news the 96-year-old Dennis Port Veteran we visited has passed. I will try to get his arrangements from his daughter. He deserves some Veterans at his send off (Wake or burial if close). Our VFW colors should be there and CCVI and VFW will have a Memorial Plaque present. He was a survivor of Operation Tiger WWII (German torpedo hit his LST next to him and it was a dud) and make 50 runs to D-Day landing with USN on LST. More to follow.
