Hi Veteran Community Partners,

Kathy Langford the Caregiver Support Program Manager from the Providence VA Medical Center will be hosting a caregiver Resource Fair in our vet center parking lot located at 474 West Main Street in Hyannis next Wednesday September 30th from 1330-1500. (see resource fair flyer). The caregiver program will soon be extending its eligibility to veterans from other eras beside post 9/11. This would be a great opportunity for veterans and VA community providers to get information on the expansion of the caregiver program.

Veterans must be 70% service connected to apply for the caregiver program. If you know any veterans or family members of veterans that you think this resource fair would benefit please let them know. Please feel free to stop by to learn about the program if you have time.
