I wish to thank 3 members of CCVI My wife Janice contacted me about an important call. I was going to let it go but she insisted it was urgent. I called the woman back and a serious ill (COPD) veteran Bill Arrell that we have helped before was in distress. His air conditioner broke and had trouble breathing. I was unavailable and called President Paul Glynn and Past President Richie Sayers. They immediately said they were going to our Storage Unit and grab one of our units and bring it over to Bill in Hyannis. I called the women back to let her know they were on the way,I had told her we couldn't get till Tues. Thanks so much for all who made this happen and all the times we get the job done.

UPDATE- ON Disabled Vietnam Vet with no A/C!
Came home last night and had 2 great calls one from Richie Sayers saying "A/C installed at 5:27 PM. Disabled Vietnam Vet Bill Arrell with COPD thanking CCVI for all the help over the years. He said he could breath for the first time that day without stress. In 1/2 hour it was accomplished thanks to two dedicated Veterans. See all at the meeting tonight 6PM at O'Shea's!
