Veterans and supporters mustered at Merrill Park, West Dennis, 10:45 AM, on Veterans Day, led by MA. Rep. Tim Whelan USMC. A short ceremony and prayer for Joseph A. Merrill, USMC, KIA Vietnam. Rep. Whalen then led a contingent of Veterans and Patriots over the Bass River Bridge, to Veterans Park in Yarmouth, Amvets Post 333 continued Veterans Day tribute to CPL. Nicholas Xiarhos, KIA Afghanistan and Veterans of Yarmouth. Amvets Post 333 Commander Joe Fallon hosted the event and Officer Don Coata, was Master of Ceremonies. D-Y High School provided the singers and Bugler to play "Taps"! Thanks to the great attendance of of Citizens, all ages, who attended.
